Sentro offers four cloud plans billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves you 2 months (pay for 10, get 12).

Billing intervals
You can pay monthly or annually. Annual billing saves you 2 months — you pay for 10 months and get 12.
Upgrading
When you upgrade to a higher plan:
- New limits take effect immediately.
- You gain access to features available on the new plan.
- Billing is prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Downgrading
When you downgrade to a lower plan:
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- If you have more resources than the new plan allows (e.g., 15 monitors on Starter which allows 10), excess monitors are paused.
- Features not available on the lower plan become inaccessible.
- Data retention is reduced — data older than the new plan's retention limit will be deleted in the next daily cleanup. Export your data before downgrading if needed.
Data retention
Monitoring data (check results, daily statistics, heartbeat pings, alert history, webhook logs, and API logs) is retained based on your plan:

Sentro sends advance warning notifications at 30, 14, 7, 3, and 1 day(s) before data is deleted, and a summary email after each daily cleanup. See Data Retention for full details.
Payment
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. You can manage your subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods from the Billing section in the dashboard.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it reverts to the Free plan.
